We operate primarily by individual quotes rather than a self-service online checkout.
Quotes, ordering & payment
All quotes and invoices are issued in U.S. dollars (USD). Product specifications, unit and total pricing, taxes (where applicable), freight charges, availability, and order-specific terms are confirmed in writing before payment is requested. Orders are placed only after customer acceptance. There is no online checkout on this website.
Shipping & fulfillment
Shipping charges, carrier arrangements, estimated lead times, and delivery destination are stated in each written quote before purchase. Orders are processed after acceptance and any agreed payment. Custom-sourced products can require additional lead time; customers are notified of material delays. See full shipping terms.
Returns & refunds
Contact customer service within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return of eligible standard-stock products. Special-order or custom-sourced products may not be returnable except when defective, incorrect, or required by law. Refund and return-shipping details are in the accepted quote and our full returns and refund policy.
Order cancellations
Request cancellation by emailing customer service before order processing. Supplier commitments on custom or special orders can make cancellation unavailable, subject to the written quote and applicable law. Any approved refund is returned to the original method where possible. See cancellation terms.
